My law practice is focused on helping people who need it the absolute most - those that have been, or may be, charged with a crime. The most valuable things in someone’s life are their reputation, their career, their family, and their freedom. A conviction and resulting sentence for a crime can take all of these things away.

That’s why I have devoted my over 20 years of EXPERIENCE and SKILL to be the most EFFECTIVE advocate that I can be for those who find themselves in this predicament. I defend clients across a broad range of criminal matters, including White Collar and Business Matters; Drunk Driving (DUIs); Drug Possession, Distribution and Trafficking; Violent Crimes; Property Crimes; and Appeals and Post-Conviction Relief Matters. Although my office is based in Greenville, SC, I represent clients throughout South Carolina, including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and Pickens counties.

Over the years, I have successfully represented hundreds of clients and in doing so have won numerous trials, persuaded prosecutors to dismiss cases outright, persuaded Judges to overturn convictions, and otherwise obtained the very best possible sentences and results for my clients.

Throughout my career, I have learned that it takes three things to win in a courtroom – courage, intelligence, and hard work.   I work everyday to apply those qualities for the benefit of every client that I have.
